Founded and currently preside over a software development and support firm delivering our Utility Management Billing system, software specific to water and wastewater billing and customer services. Leveraging extensive programming skills, an ability to manage multiple projects, motivate people, and a commitment to serving customers. As Principal consultant lead a team of IT and service delivery professionals servicing our UMBS clients.

Erin Romo, VP Sales & Marketing

With over 18 years of experience in the utilities billing industry, passionate and results-oriented leader who drives growth and innovation for utilities at RosTech, Inc. Oversee strategy, execution, and performance of the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.

Core competencies include solutions engineering, new business development, operations management, team building, and account management with proven track record of delivering value-added solutions, expanding market share, and increasing customer satisfaction and retention. Successfully led and managed multiple projects and initiatives, applying lean and six sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and quality. Patrick Burns, Technical Lead

Patrick Burns brings over 20 years of experience in the application software arena.  From 1998 to 2012 he spent most of that time designing, developing and supporting UB systems on IBM mid-range computers. Since then Pat has served as our Technical Manager of our UMBS implementations and takes the lead role of data migration from AS/400 systems to our UMBS product.   His past projects have covered a broad range of industries including utilities, non-profits, financial services, unions and government contractors.  His responsibilities have included database design, application development, system acceptance testing, data migration and project management.  Pat’s strong communication skills and depth of database knowledge have made him a valuable asset to the RosTech team.  He is a principal consultant at RosTech and has worked on a wide variety of projects since 1998.

Lee Stafford, Lead Developer & Architect

Amazingly creative and prolific software developer. With a Master of Computer Science degree from George Washington University and a wealth of knowledge and experience in the IT world.  The designer and creator of RosTech’s Utility Management Billing Software.  Fifteen-year  history designing, developing, and supporting business applications for government and private industry.  Responsible for all UMBS application development and deployment.   

Lead developer and architect for the Utility Billing Management System (UMBS), a billing management system for water & wastewater utilities that has been deployed by multiple utilities around the country, supporting up to 125,000 customers.   Created using full .net Microsoft stack with MVC 5, and Kendo UI.
